We are doing our research and plan to bring a selection of locally produced cheeses to our tasting room. Chris located Clover Creek Cheese Cellar a couple of weeks ago. David and Terry Rice and their kids milk a herd of cattle in Williamsburg, PA and turn that milk into a great selection of excellent cheeses. We like the idea of a family that chooses to control the quality of their product by doing everything themself.
As you can see, we are working hard to choose the best wine and cheese combinations so that you can enjoy both our wine and Clover Creek Cheese on our deck this summer. This is going to be great!
