More Food and Wine Pairing for Spring!
When you start fresh and keep it simple, the results are always pretty good. Here is a fresh, spring recipe that I used yesterday and the family raved about it.
1/4 c.Cassel Vineyards Finish Line White Wine
1/2 c. Pepperely from in a Jam by Maryanne
1/4 c. Maine Sugarworks Maple Syrup
Just mix those 3 ingredients and pour on the salmon which is on a lightly oiled piece of foil. Heat the grill and slide the salmon on for 15 min. Close the lid and pour yourelf a glass of the remaining wine. Enjoy the fresh taste of this delicious meal and order some more ingredients for the next time your family gets hungry for salmon on the grill!
