We harvested our Chardonnay this past weekend in the vineyards. A huge thanks goes out to the 20 - 30 helpers who worked so hard in the vineyard to put those grapes into next years wines. At the final count this morning at 2AM, Chris and Greg had crushed and pressed 4 tons of grapes into 600 gallons of beautiful Chardonnay juice.
Next season looks like we should have both stainless steel fermented Chardonnay, Oak barrel fermented Chardonnay and an exciting new Chardonnay blend. Stay tuned to our wine web store or stop by our tasting room next March 2016 to see what this years grapes have provided for us. Initial indications are that these grapes are going to make an exceptional wine!
